Local food in Kløfta

Organic farm in Ullensaker with about 100 gammalnorsk spælsau (a Norwegian native sheep breed). The farm processes its own meat on site, in Størhuset (the farm building used for the processing) — pinnekjøtt (salted lamb ribs), sausages, cured meats and lamb. Debio-certified.
