Local food in Krøderen

Søndre Bjerkerud lies by Norefjell and Krøderfjorden in Buskerud and specialises in growing raspberries – large, flavourful berries. The farm has its own juice press and supplies raw-pressed raspberry cordial with no preservatives, with or without sugar, as well as raspberry purée and raspberry jam. The products are sold from the farm, in the online shop and at markets. The farm also offers pick-your-own, birch firewood, boat hire and cabin plots.
