Krokeborg Gård outside Tønsberg is run by Karin and Bjørnar together with their children Marie and Jacob. They bought the farm in 2013, wanting to build a sustainable and diverse farming business, and today both work full time on the farm — Bjørnar left his job as a carpenter in 2018 and Karin followed in 2022. The farm has its own farm shop and grows quinoa, among other crops.
