Lokal mat i Aurland

Stølen Leim lies 400 metres above the beautiful Aurlandsfjorden. Mountain summer farming has been carried on here for many generations. In 2010 we built the Skjerdal mountain-farm dairy and café to bring the traditional mountain farming into a modern age. At the mountain farm you will meet our dairymaids and our goats, and perhaps sheep and horses too.

Norway's only fully organic upper secondary school. We offer Vg2 (upper secondary programme level) in agriculture and horticulture and Vg3 (upper secondary programme level) in agriculture, with practical training in organic farming, horticulture and sustainability.
