A small local bakery in Øvre Gjerstad. It bakes Gjerstadkling (a local baked speciality), kransekaker (tiered almond ring cakes) and lefser (soft flatbreads), as well as yeast-raised baked goods, in a restored house from 1846. Open every Friday 11–17.
