Den Lille Chipsfabrikken in Kristiansand. Founded by Terje Marcussen (formerly of Soerlandschips). We use sunflower oil and avocado oil, and cook the potatoes with the skin on at a low temperature in small batches. All products are gluten-free. Approx. 50 MNOK in revenue in 2024.
