Farm dairy in Kvæfjord with 320 goats. Makes goat's cheese from the milk of its own farm — brown and white goat's cheese, salad cheese, camembert, caraway cheese and fresh brie. The cheese cellar holds cheeses that mature for up to two years; the oldest — Sprø Nordlænding — is full of flavour and as crisp as parmesan. The brown goat's cheese won gold at the world cheese championships in 2018. A new dairy opened in 2015, built into the barn with windows onto the production area, and a farm restaurant seating 70 guests with a view over Vestfjorden.
