Heimstølen — Hemsedal Sylteri makes hand-made marmalade and compote from Norwegian and local ingredients. The products are intended as accompaniments to cheese, meat and fish. The range includes rhubarb, blackcurrant, raspberry, apricot, clementine and rhubarb jelly/marmalade, as well as beetroot compote and rhubarb with pickled red onion.
