Lofoten Gårdsysteri is at Saupstad in Bøstad in Lofoten. Since 1997 the founders had dreamed of making their own cheeses and meat products, and in December 2000 they bought the farm at Saupstad. Production is certified organic and biodynamic (Debio and Demeter). Cheese dairy, café, farm shop, accommodation and cheesemaking courses.
