A family farm on the island of Tysnes south of Bergen. Jasper and Nynke van Schaik took over in 2013 and combine Dutch cheesemaking tradition with excellent local ingredients. A small dairy producing handmade goat's and cow's milk cheeses, plus a farm shop and a summer pizzeria. Every cheese is made by hand on the farm.
