Nørrestogo is a farm in Øystre Slidre, Valdres, run by Kathrin and Thomas Aslaksby. It is home to Olestølen Mikroysteri – probably one of the world's smallest dairies – where Kathrin makes white and brown goat's cheese, chèvre, cream cheese, yoghurt, sour cream and butter in the old mountain summer-farm traditions. The goat meat becomes genuine Valdres kurv (a local sausage). Visit the farm shop at Olestølen by Olevatnet, 15 min north-east of Beitostølen.
