Ommang Søndre is a biodynamic farm and community-supported farming project in Løten in Hedmarken, run by Bente Pünther and Gertjan de Snaijer. The farm has 410 dekar (about 41 hectares) of meadow, grain, vegetables and potatoes, 14 dairy cows, 29 dairy goats, hens and ducks. All the goat's milk and part of the cow's milk is made into white and brown cheese — boiled over wood for extra flavour.
