Just outside Kongsvinger lies the Skarstad family farm. Here we harvest fresh, crisp and crunchy vegetables every day in season and fill the farm market with tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuces, cabbages and root vegetables, carrots and potatoes, among other things. In addition to our own vegetables, we also stock flavourful foods from other small-scale producers, several of them local. Among other things, we have eggs from free-range hens, real farm sour cream made from the milk of Norwegian heritage cattle, and freshly baked bread from the local baker. At Skarstad you get food that is both farm-grown and locally sourced. In our cosy farm café we serve exciting dishes based on our own produce and other local food from the farm market. We also have a playground where children can play, say hello to Frank the rooster and his hens, or relax with delicious home baking or an ice cream in the sun.

At Skarstad, we fill the farm market on the farm with fresh, crunchy vegetables. We also offer flavoursome foods from other small-scale producers.
