Epleblomsten is based at Sauar Gard in the heart of Midt-Telemark and makes cold-pressed juice and syrups from 100 % fruit, with no artificial additives. The raw ingredients are sorted by hand and sourced from carefully selected suppliers. The range includes apple juice, Eple & Bjørnebær (apple & blackberry), Eple & Solbær (apple & blackcurrant), Eple & Bringebær (apple & raspberry), apple syrup, dessert syrup and glace.
