Local food in Stranda

Skarbø Gard in Stranda is a traditional Sunnmørsgård (literally 'Sunnmørs farm') run by the eighth generation. Artisan cheese from unpasteurised milk and natural cider without sulphites. The cheese Soleglad won bronze at the cheese world championships 2018/19. Farm shop in the more than 100-year-old main house.

40 years of tradition in juniper-smoked salmon and trout from Fausadalen, Stranda

Food boxes from local quality producers. The boxes contain cured meats from Tind Spekevarer and Stranda Spekemat, various types of trout and mustard sauce from Gardskjøkkenet, apple juice and cheese from Skarbø Gard, and a range of products from Stolte Anton.

Eighth-generation family farm by the Storfjorden in Sunnmøre. It produces award-winning unpasteurised cheese (Soleglad, bronze at the World Cheese Awards 2018/2019) and craft cider from traditional apple varieties. Farm shop open Mon-Sat 11-17.
