Local food in Vang

Tyinlam produces lamb from animals that graze naturally in the mountains around Tyin and Jotunheimen. The meat takes on a natural herbal character from the mountain grass and is rich in omega-3. The lambs are raised entirely naturally, with the authentic flavour of mountain herbs.
