Anikonic AS produces fruit wine and provides advice to drinks producers — it is not a cidery. The winery and production premises are at Sandakerveien 442, Hønefoss (Ringerike). Founder Anika Perisic is a trained food technologist with a master's degree in spirits technology and sensory science, and has almost 15 years' experience as a technologist, working with Norwegian, Danish and Serbian producers. Anikonic buys fruit and berries from local and nearby farmers who grow Norwegian produce — it does not grow its own. Anikonic makes innovative wines with exciting combinations of fruit, berries and herbs. The products are available through Vinmonopolet and in the HoReCa market. The production premises are unfortunately not yet open to visitors. Anikonic also offers start-up support and guidance to new drinks producers.
