Since 1936, Askim Frukt- og Bærpresseri has pressed raw juice from apples, berries and vegetables and made traditional products known to generations. The pressery produces a wide range of apple juices, berry cordials, red fruit sauces, jams, jellies, cider and cold-pressed rapeseed oil. The factory in Askim has a shop and café open all year round, and through its community pressing scheme they accept rhubarb, berries and apples from people's own gardens for pressing.
