Bamsrudlåven lies near Mysen in Indre Østfold and is run by the Klufterud family. Since 1997 the farm has hosted parties, meetings and courses in the barn, and today it makes its own farm ice cream from eggs laid by the farm's free-range hens and fresh milk from the neighbouring farms. The farm has a self-service farm shop and accommodation, and makes its own krokan (almond brittle) from almonds, sugar and a little salt.
