Atlungstad Brenneri by Lake Mjøsa is Norway's oldest potato distillery still in operation, with good flavours since 1855. The distillery is a living piece of cultural heritage and offers guided tours and aquavit tastings, and it has its own restaurant where aquavit spices set the tone.
