Stordalen Gardsbruk in Austbygd runs dairy production with Norwegian dairy goats and processes the goat's milk into dairy products, with brunost (brown whey cheese) as its speciality. The farm also sells meat from cattle, goats and kids, and keeps Telemark cattle as suckler cows.
