Gilhus Gård in Lier is run by the 6th generation, Ragne Helene Ravnsborg and Knut-Andreas Malmberg, and has been in the family's ownership since 1850. The farm grows vegetables on 500 mål (about 50 hectares), including broccoli, Chinese cabbage, celery, cauliflower, courgettes and Fioretto – of which it is the only producer in Norway.
