Ostegården at Krokeide outside Bergen is a farm dairy started by Jørn Hafslund in 2006, with the aim of making the most of the farm's own ingredients and with French cheese as its inspiration. The farm produces over 15 tonnes of cheese a year, and Fanaosten won the title of world's best cheese at the World Cheese Awards 2018. The cheeses are sold mainly to restaurants, but are also available from grocery chains such as Coop and Meny.
