Self-service farm shop at Skatval in Stjørdal, run by Rita and Geir Ove Steinvik. Well-aged beef from French Limousin cattle and Japanese Wagyu. The family has run the farm for five years and has bred Limousin for 22 years (since Rita's father Gustav Steinvik started). Close to 170 cattle in total, with ~70 calves a year. Cured products, smoked and spiced Wagyu, minced meat and sausages. Open 09–22.
