Torheim Gard is a certified organic farm in Hjelledalen near Stryn, taken over in 2020 by Mark and Nina Watkins. The farm has more than 400 years of history and is run on regenerative principles (Holistic Management) without chemical inputs. From June to October they grow more than 40 different varieties of vegetables and herbs, alongside grass-fed lamb, outdoor-reared pork, apple cider, cider vinegar and handmade sauerkraut and cured meats. The farm shop is open every day 10–20.
