Bergen Øko is Bergen's first and largest organic market garden, and the only DEBIO-certified market garden in Bergen. It was started in 2021 by Leiv Arne Risa and Dan Sundhordvik at Grimseid. All the vegetables are grown using the no-dig method and harvested on the same day they are delivered — guaranteed locally sourced and fresh.
