Losæter is a cultural institution without walls in Bjørvika, Oslo — a modern urban sæter (summer mountain farm) with edible plants. Established in 2011 as an art project by Futurefarmers, it has grown to take in fields of ancient grains, living topsoil, vegetable beds, composting and a public bakehouse.
