Oppdal Spekemat er en spekematprodusent som baserer seg paa lokale raavarer fra Oppdal. Opprinnelig etablert som Norsk Spekemat i Kristiansund, flyttet til Oppdal i 1994. Ca 40 ansatte. Stoerst paa poelseproduksjon, men lager ogsaa spekemat, pinnekjoett og fenalaar. Produserer ogsaa for Coop, Norgesgruppen og Rema.
