A family farm 8 km south-west of the centre of Røros, with egg and milk production. It processes its own raw materials into cheese (RørosOst), ice cream (RørosIs), mayonnaise, meringue and cured meats. It sells directly from the farm shop.

We are a South Sámi family who make our living as reindeer herders in the Røros area. We offer reindeer activities and food products from our own farm shop.

At Kalsa Gårdsbakeri, people and animals alike have a really good life. We live off all the good things nature has to give us. We bake lemse (soft potato flatbread) and pjalt (traditional soft griddle cake).

We offer high-quality organic food made through industrialised artisan production, rooted in the rich food traditions and fine raw ingredients of the Røros region.
