ByAuk is a non-profit social enterprise in Stavanger, organised as a community-supported farm. Residents, institutions and businesses gain access to locally grown vegetables, community and knowledge about food production. The shareholding members take part in the work and the harvest. In partnership with the municipal Refugee Service (Flyktningtjenesten), work placements and language training are offered. From 2024, two CSA farms are in operation: Emmaus (60 shareholding members) and one more.
