Kanelsnurren was founded in 2013 by Torben and Lærke at Fiskepiren in Stavanger. The baking tradition comes from Denmark, where Torben learned the craft from his father. Natural ingredients and long proving times are the priority here – from crisp croissants to moist buns and sourdough bread.
