Skarbø Gard in Stranda is a traditional Sunnmørs farm by the Storfjorden, run by the eighth generation. Kristine and Carlos make artisan cheese from unpasteurised milk from their own 20 cows, matured in a natural stone cellar, and cider from traditional apple varieties using spontaneous fermentation. Their cheese Soleglad won bronze at the world cheese championships in 2018/19. The farm shop is housed in the more than 100-year-old main building.
