Dyster Gård is one of six ancient farms in Ås municipality, family-owned since 1899. The farm produces locally sourced quality beef and free-range pork; the animals graze the farm's own fields and are fed home-grown grass, grain and protein crops. Great emphasis is placed on quality throughout production, and the beef is hung to mature for optimal tenderness and flavour.
