Bakke Gård is a small farm bakery on the border between Modum and Sigdal. Anne Karin Bøhn and Svein Indresæter, the third generation on the farm, bake traditional baked goods, jelly, jam and cured sausages. You will find them at Bondens marked (farmers' market) in Oslo, Drammen and Hønefoss almost every weekend.

In Ostebygda the cows graze on the freshest mountain grass, and happy goats frolic around the highlands in summer. That is what makes world-class cheese!

Hol Ysteri lies in the heart of Ostebygda in Hallingdal and makes goat's cheese from the mountain summer farms in the area. The dairy was awarded the trophy for "Best New Cheese" at the cheese world championship (World Cheese Awards) 2024 for Leirgrøv Naturell Vellagra, and "Best Norwegian Cheese" in 2025 for Leirgrøv Stølsmjølk. Visitors can watch the cheesemaking and the maturing cellars at close range. There is also a local food shop on site with food service and takeaway.

Garden Oppheim is a sheep farm steeped in tradition in Torpo in Hallingdal, where animal welfare, local food and genuine craftsmanship take centre stage. Accommodation, meals and close contact with animals and nature.

Helnora Honning produces and sells honey. Summer honey and heather honey, and honey with various spices added — with ginger, chilli or cinnamon, among others.
